When you use Love Po’s website, we want to be transparent about how we use any data you choose to share with us. And make sure you  know how we protect your privacy. Yes we know data is the most attractive to lots of you, but it’s important it’s used correctly so we’ve outlined below how this works. 

By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of information in line with our privacy policy. We collect personal information from website visitors through registration, applications and any email enquiries. All of these are done by completing one of our embedded forms across some of our pages. 

To fully use Love Po, you need to register and create an account. To register, we’ll just need your name and email address. And then when you apply for any gift, we’ll need some more details; name, contact details, medical letter and photo identification. This is so we can determine eligibility.

How do we use your information for?

  • To allow us to arrange gifts and experiences to you if you apply for one.
  • To allow us to understand what gifts and experiences are popular with certain demographics, so we can make sure the gifts we offer are right.
  • Any audits to make sure we only gift items to those that are eligible. This is why we ask for medical information when you apply. 
  • If you choose to share feedback and/or photos, we may ask your permission to share it on our social media channels.
  • Improve our website and/or content that we create to enhance the application process.

Occasionally, we use links to external websites e.g. on our Wee and Big Gift pages. They individually own they website and private policies, so we’re not responsible for them. 

Cookies

If you register or log on to Love Po, your device may ask if you’d like to save your details. These are for your convenience so you don’t need to fill in your details again – these can only be viewed by your own device. And is your own personal preference.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we’ll set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long do we hold your data for?

If you choose to register for Love Po, your personal information will be saved in your personal information section. This can be changed or deleted at any time. But this is held indefinitely, unless you remove it.

We may update our privacy policy annually or when more frequent; we’ll always tell you when it was last updated at the top of this page. If you don’t agree to these changes, please don’t continue to use the website.
